Business Analyst
I interviewed for a Business Analyst role that asked for 2+ years of experience. First, I got a home assignment that I had three days to complete. The test had percentage questions, a big chart with four multiple-choice questions, and then two easy-to-medium SQL queries. It took about an hour. After that, the recruiter called me pretty fast and I got invited for an on-site interview at their office. The interview was two hours long: the first hour was a practical computer task, and the second hour was a technical interview with two team leads where they talked about the task I did.
- Could you define two KPIs using only the data I provided?
Business Analyst
The interview process involved a 2-hour online assessment focused on business and analytical thinking. It required using Google Sheets and demonstrating knowledge of basic functions, pivot tables, and graphs. The assessment included three marketing-related business cases where I had to answer questions based on the provided data.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Business Analyst
The first stage had two technical parts. The first part had about 50 analytical questions to be answered quickly, they were pretty simple. The second part had 5 SQL questions, also not too difficult. The second part involved analyzing an Excel table and answering questions at the end. You should prepare for data analysis in Excel and how to create graphs.
- I only had technical interviews, no personal questions.
