The interview process involved three rounds. The first round was with HR for a screener and to gather general background information. The second round was a virtual panel with office leadership that delved deeper and included a language skill check. The third and final round was an in-person panel, also with office leadership.

I applied through CFN and sent in my English resume. Soon after, I got an email about a phone interview. This call felt more like an information session than a formal interview. They asked a few things about my drive and what I'm interested in, and then they went over the company and the role and what it involves. I was pretty surprised I got through the first round, as I didn't prepare much. It was about 20 minutes long. After that, they sent a follow-up email with interview slots at a career forum where both parties would be present. That interview is scheduled to take place there. The following information isn't really the process, as I haven't finished it yet.

A recruiter reached out to me first and talked about the job and interview process. Then I had a phone interview with someone from California that same week. It was pretty easy, just asked stuff like why I wanted the job, what's key for sales, and about my past jobs. The on-site interview was the week after and was even easier. They basically just asked me to describe my schooling and work history. I didn't get the job because I didn't have enough sales experience.
