I applied online and a recruiter contacted me via email about 3 days later to set up a phone screen. I emailed back with my availability immediately, but she didn't respond for 2 days. After the initial phone screen, I had a first-round interview and then an onsite interview. The interviewer during my onsite was terrible - very distracted, like he just woke up (even though it was 10 AM), uninterested, and hardly answered my questions. Another interviewer for the onsite also seemed distracted and wasn't paying attention to my answers.

it was a pretty long process, took about a week for them to get back to me about my application, then another week to set up the phone screen. A week after that, I had a Skype call, and then finally, last week, I went in for an onsite interview that lasted about 2.5 hours. Overall, the process could have been faster, but it wasn't too bad. The onsite interview included the Head of BD, HR, and a Team Member.

Behavioral Technical

I had a really nice first interview with HR. She mainly asked me why I was interested in Wish and about my past work history. Then, the second interview was with someone from the business development team. The interviewer's English was difficult to understand, and I found her questions hard to follow. I also felt she was biased when I mentioned I'm Chinese and speak Mandarin. When I asked her about her experience at Wish, she just said 'free snacks.' I'm not sure if she was new, but she didn't seem to know much about the company.
