Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wise Up.
Commercial Executive
Very relaxed interview, aimed at getting to know the candidate and aligning them with the company's goals. Made the process stages transparent, what is expected, and most importantly, identifying if the candidate dreams big, is ambitious, and genuinely interested in building and transforming their career path.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Salesperson
I'm still in the process. First, we joined a WhatsApp group. In the first stage, we watched a company presentation. For the second stage, we had to send in a video. If approved, we then do a 2-day training. The third day is the 'show time', which I don't know how it works yet, and I'd like to see if anyone here knows.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Sales Executive
First, they ask you to make a 2-minute video about your profile and explain why you want to join Wise Up. If you pass this stage, you'll be sent to other phases which consist of participating in meetings for 5 days, 2 hours per day.
- Tell us your name, age, and why you want to join Wise Up.
