Behavioral Other

The manager didn't even remember we had an interview set up and told me this when I arrived. So from that moment on he was distracted from the interview. His phone was constantly vibrating and he kept checking it. Employee popping their head in asking him questions while I'm in the middle of answering a question. Unprofessional and the pay didn't sound promising. Seems very commission-based meanwhile most customers go to Verizon stores.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Had a quick chat with the store manager, they asked some easy questions. It was pretty laid-back, and the interview happened right in the store while it was open and customers were around, which felt a bit weird. Then, I had a second meeting with the owner at a coffee shop, and they wanted me to do a sales pitch, specifically to sell them a napkin.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview was quick and to the point. I met with the manager in the back of the store and we mostly chatted about me rather than focusing on my experience or knowledge. The main thing for this job is being good with people, as you can pick up the sales skills as you work.

  • Have you had previous sales experience?
  • Are you familiar with customer service principles?
  • How would you describe your competitiveness?
