There were a lot of managers present during the interview. While they were all nice, they asked a lot of questions that I wasn't ready for. The district manager and other managers were there. I felt a bit awkward, but it ended up being fine despite the barrage of questions. You should be ready to answer any question imaginable. It turns out I was one of the best associates at the store and was even considered for an assistant manager role. There was some favoritism, but since I was a favorite, I can't complain.

It's a Performance Based Interview (PBI). They aren't really focused on your personality. They have a list of questions and they want you to answer them, then they'll rate you on a scale of 1-5 based on how well you answer. You need to have specific examples from your experiences. Have some real stories ready about how you dealt with a tough customer, like 'Tell me about a time that you.....' Don't be vague. They're looking for a story that fits the question they ask. Make sure you don't just start talking about something else if you don't have a real-life experience to share. Definitely think back and find some situations you've encountered related to sales, customer service, tough problems, issues with colleagues, etc.

Behavioral

I was Googling "Behavioral Interview Questions" and they said to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). I interviewed with 2 store managers and it was different for everyone. I had a friend get asked inappropriate questions not related to the job or their experience. It took some people forever to hear back, others were very quick. There was NO ORGANIZATION, they had a packet of questions but made up most of them and took very few notes. It was a weird interview, hard to explain. My experience with Wireless Vision has been bad from the start.

  • Tell me about a time you had to break policy for a customer and explain your reasoning.
