Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wipfli.
Senior Consultant
It was a good experience. The interviewer was honest, intellectual, and had significant experience and impact at the company. Overall, a great interviewer, and the process felt like an engaging conversation.
- Can you tell me about your past experience and how you've worked with teams to get things done before?
Senior Consultant
The interview process was pretty simple - first a screening, then round one, then round two, and finally a discussion. They made a verbal offer during the final discussion and told me an estimated start date which was about three weeks out.
- Can you talk about your experience in client services?
- What are your project management skills like?
- Please share specific examples of your work and accomplishments related to the area you'd be supporting.
Consultant
There will be 2-3 interviews. They are a bit technical but mostly focus on your personality and problem-solving skills. It's important to show you really want to join Wipfli and know what they offer. If you prepare for general problem-solving and learn about the company and the role, that should be enough.
- Can you share an experience where you faced and overcame a challenge?
