The interview process was the standard HR screening and then the next round is the hiring manager, the round after that would have been the chief marketing officer and then another person to meet with. I give a neutral score because after speaking with the hiring manager, I was given the impression that they would get back to me on whether I would move on to the next stage relatively quickly (1-2 days). I didn't hear back from them by the 5th day, so I followed up by email with no response until another 3 days later, stating they had moved forward with someone else. I knew I hadn't made it given the delay in response but what I didn't appreciate is it did feel like they ghosted me after I was told they don't do that.

I had a really good interview process. They communicated clearly and quickly from the start. The recruiting people were pro, replied fast, and made sure I had everything I needed. The interviews were set up well and felt comfortable. I liked how open they were and how they worked with me when I had some personal stuff going on. It all left me with a good feeling.

This was probably one of the worst interviews I’ve ever had. The interviewer lacked personality & did not provide a great representation of the company, as the first impression. She joined the call & provided no introduction or details about the role or company. She immediately just asked that I explain my resume, with no clear question. Once the questions did begin, I could tell she was reading off a paper. I would provide my answers & then there would be long awkward pauses before she would then respond with the next question. I asked questions about the size of the team I would be on & she was confused. She first said, "I don’t know what you mean." Ummm, how many people are on the team? She then tells me how many people are in the entire company instead. Her demeanor the entire time was abrupt, rude & uninviting. Honestly, I was ready to end the interview after the first 10 mins. Unfortunately, now I’m turned off from the company & without even waiting to hear back, I’ve already crossed them off my list. This is a company that does not care about the candidate’s interview experience. Not interested.

I interviewed for an internship and it was the worst, most unprofessional experience ever. It was supposed to be an hour but went over by an hour. After some technical questions, the manager/partner was super disrespectful. They showed my transcript and asked about every class I didn't get an A in. It was really awkward. They also asked about my hobbies, and when I said golf and volunteering (I meet 3x a week for a volunteer org), the partner sarcastically asked if my weakness was perfectionism and to be honest. I said I was serious, and they responded sarcastically, asking for details about my volunteering. I said about 6 hours a week and where, and they dismissed it as not counting for anything. It was the first and only time I was glad to be ghosted after an interview, especially for an internship.
