It was pretty straightforward. We had three stages. First, a recruiter chat to go over the role. Then, I had to record video answers to three questions, mainly talking about my resume. Lastly, a Zoom or Teams call.

Applied May 1st. Was offered a choice of phone interview times. They mentioned the position wasn't for until Mid July. It was supposed to be a video interview. I asked about it after 4 weeks and got the link. Waited another 3 weeks, then inquired again and was told my recruiter had left. They said it would be looked into but I got a generic rejection a week later.

The interview was over the phone and the recruiter was really nice and enthusiastic. She went over the job details well. You need to sign a few contracts before getting hired, but having a scanner or fax makes it quicker. The whole hiring process was super smooth, I was actually relaxing by the pool when I got the call.
