We had a group assessment with over 250 applicants over 3 days. For about 2.5 hours, we did activities like building a spaghetti tower and a Wingstop knowledge Kahoot. Current employees were there to help. Everyone also had a 1-on-1 interview during the process.
- What would you do if an employee wasn't contributing equally?
- How would you handle a situation where an employee isn't doing their fair share of the work?

They said they would give me the job but they didn’t, I even went to a group meeting. They picked people based on who they’d want to have there or who they know and not experience. Because when I went there it was so obvious.
- Do you live nearby?
- Are you from a specific place?

You can apply online or if you prefer, you can apply in person. If they select your application, they will invite you to come in for an interview at the location. Once you get there, a manager will talk with you and ask you some questions to get to know you better. My interview felt a bit rushed though.
- Can you tell me about Wingstop?
- What is your knowledge of Wingstop?
