This was my first job and it was a great experience overall! I worked as a cashier for a few months. The team was nice and the work was busy but manageable. I got to use my customer service skills when taking orders and payments. I also learned how to be organized during busy times. Plus, I got free wings sometimes! If you need a first job to get some basic skills and work with cool people, Wingstop is a good place.

I sent in my application online and got a call the next day about an interview. When I got there 15 minutes early, I had to wait about 10 minutes because the interviewer wasn't ready. Two managers were there, but only one asked questions while the other just listened. The interviewer was nice but strict and judgmental. She asked basic questions about my availability, school, and future plans since I didn't have experience. The interview was about 15-20 minutes, and they said they'd call if I qualified. I didn't get a call, probably because of my availability as a full-time student.

I applied online and got a call the very next day to set up an interview. We actually did the interview a few hours after that call. It was a super casual chat. The manager was really nice and patient with me. She asked me some basic stuff about myself like my age, how I get around, and where I live. She also went over my job duties and told me the hours I'd be working if I got the job. She didn't really ask about my qualifications.
