The interviewer was really nice and helpful. They were upfront about the qualifications I needed and what I'd be responsible for. I was able to start pretty quickly and I've liked how professional the company is.

You'll have a one-on-one with the HR director. She's direct and professional, so don't anticipate much casual chat. She's good at her job and can influence people. Be professional, smart, and ready. If she doesn't see you as a fit for GM or AGM, she'll suggest other options. She'll also set up a "shadow" at a training store right then if you're moving forward. I worked at a training store, and a shadow doesn't guarantee anything. During the shadow, ask questions, WORK, be friendly, get hands-on, and WORK. Wingstop managers are always on the floor, so show you're willing to do that, and the DM will see you want to work.

The process was smooth and well-organized with great communication. There were 3 rounds: the first was with HR, the second with the hiring manager, and the final round was a panel with 5 people I would be working with directly.
