General Manager
First, I had a recruiter/HR screening over the phone. Then, I interviewed with the Franchise Owner/Director of Operations via Zoom. After that, I did an on-site visit and spent time with the District Manager. Finally, I had lunch with the DM and received an offer.
- Can you tell me about your resume and experience?
- What is your leadership and management style?
- How do you handle difficult customers or employees?
General Manager
The interview process was really smooth and they kept me in the loop the whole time. If I had any questions, they got back to me quickly. Everyone I talked to was really nice.
- Can you share your previous labor metrics?
- Can you share your previous food metrics?
Assistant General Manager
The interview process was good, they asked about my last job and what I did there. I could see how having good customers would make the job better, which is cool, and the pay is great too. It wasn't long before I saw how quick the process was to get the job, which is pretty neat.
- Tell me about your greatest achievement ever.
- What was your best accomplishment of all time?
