I thought the interview process was a great experience with really smart people. They asked some interesting questions. There were 3 separate individual interviews, each with one of the interviewers. All the interviews were very direct, and I spoke with 4 people in total. I never felt stressed, but I did need to know a lot about wine. I'd say it was a really good interview experience.

So first I had an interview with HR and someone in the role I was applying for. Then I did a half day account shadow. After that, I had a Skype interview with two regional managers. Next, I attended an event with other potential candidates and had my last interview with the director of sales. The whole process took from January to mid-May, which was way too long for my liking.

We first did a phone screening with the Hiring Manager. Then, there was an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by an interview/walkthrough with the Regional Sales Manager and an interview with the Sales Director. After I got offered the position, I came back for the on-boarding process and then started training in the field with the DM.
