The interview process was pretty standard. I was first reached out to by phone for an initial phone-screen. Then I had a secondary virtual interview that lasted about an hour. At the end of that, they said they wanted to move forward for a third, in-person interview with a higher-up. I was scheduled for the in-person interview within an hour of ending the virtual one. It was also about an hour long. They said I'd hear back within 3 business days. Both people I talked to were very responsive and available by phone and email if I had questions between interviews or before the decision.

The hiring process was really straightforward. I first interviewed with the store manager, and she really liked me. That interview only took 10 minutes, and she was already moving me to the next step. But the next morning, my second interview was with the District Manager, and she wasn't as enthusiastic. We ended up interviewing at a coffee shop, and it was so noisy that I struggled to hear her clearly. All in all, it was a fast and simple process.

I spoke with the Store Manager and Regional Manager for a new store opening. The Store Manager set up the interview via phone call, and we had a brief chat for about 15 minutes. I met with both managers in person. The Regional Manager asked general questions but seemed disengaged, not making eye contact and unable to answer some of my questions. Despite being told the interview went well, both managers ghosted me afterward.
