Account Executive
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. The recruiting team was helpful all the way and made sure I felt prepared before each stage. The questions asked were thoughtful, though the last round was really tough.

Account Executive
The whole interview thing was super fast, just a week from when I first heard from them to getting an offer. It felt pretty standard: a phone chat, then a meeting with the CEO, and after that, I had an onsite with four people from the team where I also had to do a product presentation. We talked about the salary on AngelList with the CEO during that first meeting, and he basically said it was a done deal. But then, after the whole onsite thing, the offer they sent was way less than we discussed, and they put SO much pressure on me to just sign it immediately. They took me out for drinks and I wasn't allowed to leave the bar until I either signed or said no, and even though it was a Friday, they told me I had until midnight to sign or the offer would be gone. I signed it. They gave me a start date two weeks later, but then pushed it back another week. About a week before I was supposed to start, they asked me to come in to set up my laptop. I mentioned I'd be back from my current job's offsite, but said I'd still make it. On the day I was supposed to come in, my flight got delayed coming back from the offsite and I was going to be about 30 minutes late. I let them know, and they told me not to bother coming in and then just rescinded the offer after all that. Honestly, the whole experience was incredibly unprofessional, the product is just okay, and the leadership is awful.

Account Executive
The interview process was quite lengthy. I had several conversations with the recruiter, the hiring manager, senior leadership, and even the CEO. They required me to complete a project and present it. Throughout the process, they kept adding more interview rounds, which made it feel disorganized. The chat with the CEO was particularly unpleasant; he didn't ask many questions and expected me to lead the entire discussion. His responses were very brief, and he didn't help keep the conversation going. It feels like I avoided a negative situation given the high turnover at this company due to a toxic work environment. Reports suggest leadership can be abusive and overwork employees. Those who don't conform to this culture reportedly get fired or leave within a year. I'd strongly advise reconsidering if you receive an interview invitation or an offer from this company.
