It was a pleasant interview. Even though the position was supposed to be in-person, I was able to do it over zoom. It went well, standard questions, nothing too hard. It was nice overall. I asked about the firm and the culture, and listened to what my interviewer said about the work-life balance and company culture. It was a pretty standard interview.

You'll be called into the branch office to meet with the managing partner and hiring partner. I got asked really specific questions. The hiring partner looked over my CV and went through it very carefully. I think the best approach is to be prepped to talk about every single thing I've done in my CV and explain how that makes me a good litigator.

It was a pretty standard, simple interview. First, you talk to the Office Administrator, and then the final interview is with the two attorneys you'd be working for. The first chat with the Office Admin is more about getting to know you, and the one with the attorneys is more in-depth.
