I applied through my school's career services site in the fall of my first year after law school. I got a call and an interview invite to their White Plains office. I met a senior associate for about an hour. A few days later, they called to invite me for a second interview where I met another associate and a senior partner. They were really open about interviewing someone else for the same job and asked me to stand out. I got a call later that day saying they hired the other candidate.
