It was a quick process, I sent in my resume and then had a chat with my supervisor. My colleagues were really nice. The company used to be located on Jurong Island but has now moved to the Biopolis HQ, where they offer complimentary soy bean milk.

There were 2 rounds for this interview. The first was conducted at school, and the second was by HR. The initial interview, conducted by the school's career services, aims to filter out candidates who might not be suitable. Following this, the HR department at Wilmar conducts the second interview. Typically, around 50 students are advanced to this second stage, with about 10 being selected. The interviews are usually pretty relaxed, and the HR people are very nice.
