Applied online and immediately got an automated HR response for a quick phone interview the same day. It was scheduled via email and was very short because the recruiter was impressed. A few days later, I had a phone interview with a Regional Manager in Phoenix. He apologized for being 15 minutes late and mentioned emailing me about a new start time, but I never received it. The interview went okay, but he focused on my weaknesses and suggested the accounts would be short-term. He said I'd hear back in a week about meeting the local manager. After eight days with no word, I emailed the recruiter, but got no response. Another week passed, and I emailed again. Still no response from her, but that evening I got an automated rejection email. My advice is to avoid this company; recent reviews are bad, and they seem to be cutting pay. Their poor communication shows unprofessionalism. It was insulting not to even meet the local manager given my experience and qualifications. I've seen other negative reviews about their interview process, and they're accurate. Look elsewhere for a job because MM seems disorganized.
