I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who was in town recruiting and wanted to meet me. I agreed to meet in under 24 hours, though I had to cancel other commitments. While I felt I could have performed better, the recruiter said she would email me soon. She did email, inviting me for an onsite interview, but after I replied, I never heard back. I sent a few more emails, but got no response.

It was a pretty straightforward and well-organized interview process. I had the chance to go over my design thinking and showcase my work. The interviewers were friendly and patient, and they were really open about everything.

Technical Presentation

After a phone interview, I was brought in for an in-person interview. I started the day by working on two design prompts. I had the whole day to work on them and then present them at the end of the day. The prompt said I'd present at 4:30 PM, but at 4:00 PM, they had me present my work to team leads and a VP. I mostly had to improvise. It didn't go well.
