I didn't get to the offer stage but this is the sequence of interviews the recruiter had laid out for me: initial phone screening > 1:1 skills assessment > team skills assessment > in-person case study > offer

The interview process was supportive and had clear goals. It wasn't too long, and I was kept informed at every step. The hiring manager was great and ensured I was aligned throughout.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So I went through a 3-round interview process for this Product role. First up was a 45-minute chat with talent acquisition. Then, a 1-hour interview with two senior folks from the product team. The final interview was a longer 2.5-hour session with multiple VPs and directors. This last stage included a take-home case study (they suggested about 4-5 hours for it), a presentation to the senior team, a casual meet-and-greet with the team, and a discussion about core values. In total, I put about 10 hours into the whole process. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job and they didn't reply when I asked for feedback, which was a bummer considering how much they talk about their core values but don't seem to practice them when it comes to giving feedback.
