The interview was very technical and focused on my past experience and projects. They really emphasized using the STAR method for answering questions. I was also asked about my group project experiences in classes and how they went. They asked for specific details about projects, even down to the chemicals used in separation.

Got an email for a video interview where they record you answering a few questions and never heard back. You basically get 3 attempts to answer a question and they take the response you choose. It's very impersonal because you are just talking to a camera. I wasn't a fan of it.

I got recruited on campus and then had an on-campus interview. It was pretty chill and not too hard. They really seemed to care about personality stuff in their interviews. The first set of questions were pretty basic. The second and last interview was online. The website would give you a question and you had three tries to answer.
