I got an email about the engineering internship I applied for on the Williams website. They told me to do a HireVue interview, which was new to me but easy after looking it up. I felt it went well. Two days later, a recruiter called me. We talked about my HireVue interview, the internship program, and I asked some questions. Since I was out of town, they scheduled a phone interview for the next week. I spoke with two engineers who asked basic behavioral questions that seemed scripted. It lasted about 30 minutes. About three weeks later, I got an email saying I wasn't moving forward.

I'm a student at OU and they recruited at our engineering career fair. I spoke with a rep there and it went really well. A few days later, I was invited for an interview, which I had to book online via OU's career services site. It was on campus. I went in and met four people first, two engineers and two from HR. They were all super nice. Then, one of the interviewers came to get me for my interview. A man and a woman interviewed me. They asked if I was a citizen and if I'd need sponsorship.
