This was for a Business Analyst role, specifically a Professional Development Program. The first step was a phone interview which was pretty straightforward, they mentioned you don't need prior industry knowledge as they're looking for recent grads eager to learn. Shortly after, I was invited for an in-person interview, and they covered my travel expenses since I was out of state. The in-person part was about 5 hours long and involved multiple interviews which went well. Finally, there was a group team presentation for all candidates on the Oil Industry. Some candidates had a lot of industry knowledge or prior internships, and they ended up getting the job. The company, Williams, mentions opportunities for travel to states like PA or TX, but this doesn't really happen for most Business-related positions, which are primarily based at the Corporate Office in Tulsa. Most people there have been with the company for a long time.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Give a presentation about the Oil Industry and argue why Natural Gas is superior.
