Senior Software Engineer
The interview process felt pretty laid back and straightforward. They had me come into their main office and I had a few interview rounds with 2-3 engineering managers for each. After that, I went to lunch with two engineers and got a tour of the campus from their engineering executive. The questions they asked weren't too tough, mostly just trying to see if I'd be a good fit for the company based on my experience, skills, and what I'm looking for in my career.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What makes you interested in Williams?
