So the interview process started with a phone screen, and then there was a two hour interview with 3 engineers. You could also go in person as an alternative. A nice thing was that an HR person met with us first and explained the benefits. But honestly, hearing the benefits offered at the beginning, which were pretty bad compared to most engineering companies, I kind of mentally checked out. Two of the engineers interviewing me also seemed like they didn't want to be there. Overall, it was a pretty bad interview experience and not really worth it for what they were offering.

I was interviewed by a Software Engineer, though my software knowledge wasn't as strong as needed, which I'd told the recruiters. They went ahead with it anyway. I did my best answering the questions. After the interview, I sent in the travel reimbursement form but was ghosted by the responsible person and never got the money back. A few weeks later, I was told they weren't moving forward. The process was good until the very end.
