It was a standard interview process. They asked about situations with clients and how they were resolved. They also asked about applications trained in, and knowing the HIS is definitely an asset. The role is very customer service focused, and staying in the guidelines with the company is a benefit.

The interviewers seemed unprepared and hadn't reviewed my resume, mistakenly thinking I had prior nursing experience despite me being a new grad. They asked difficult scenario questions relevant to the unit, which was challenging as a new grad with no prior experience in that specific area. The interviewers made condescending remarks, had a dismissive tone, and repeatedly asked the same questions (2-3 times) because they weren't satisfied with my examples. One interviewer was distracted by their phone during my answers. It was an unpleasant experience with rude and unprofessional management. I haven't received an offer yet, but I would decline if one were extended due to the poor team dynamic and environment. This reflects badly on the unit and the hospital as a whole. I'd advise others against working here.
