Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great, focusing on behavioral questions which I think is the best way to assess candidates. They made me feel at ease and part of the team right away. I got a tour of their pilot facility in Oregon, which was awesome. Everyone I met, from the recruiting manager to the office manager and managing dentists, was great. I interviewed recently and am eager for the outcome.

The interview process is lengthy and the reference checks were quite unbelievable, my references even complained about them.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I found the job posting online and applied to a branch in Washington, but a recruiter reached out about openings in two other locations since my first choice was already filled. First, I had to complete some paperwork and a clinical skills assessment. Then, I had a phone interview with the recruiter where we discussed basic info and reviewed my assessment. After that, I was invited to their headquarters in Portland for a formal interview. They arranged and paid for everything, including a hotel and dinner the night before, which was great. The assistant was super helpful and quick with emails setting up all the interviews. It was nice to meet some of the panel members beforehand. The next day, I had the panel interview at their office; it was surprisingly relaxed and not scary at all. This was followed by lunch and a practice tour in Beaverton. What caught me off guard was that there would be more on-site interviews after this, which I probably should have expected. I had two more on-site interviews, and they both went fine. Each involved a short interview, a tour, and a meal. Everything felt like it moved pretty smoothly and fast.
