It was very behavior oriented. I was asked questions like 'tell me about a time you failed', 'tell me about a time you were challenged', and 'tell me about a time you succeeded'. I also had to talk about a recent project I worked on.

I had a 20-minute Zoom interview with two attorneys (one partner, one associate). It was pretty generic except for when they asked about a couple of things on my resume. A couple of weeks later the recruiter emailed me to tell me they wouldn’t give me a callback.

I put in my application on 5/19/2022. Then I got an email the next day about a video interview. I set it up for 5/23/2022. I really liked the interview and felt like it was a good chance for me. It's 6/24/2022 now and I still haven't heard back after emailing them about my continued interest or anything at all. I guess I didn't get the job, but it would have been nice to actually know so I could move on.

The interview process was really efficient, which I liked. There were 3 rounds in total. First, a screener with HR, then one with the hiring manager. The final round was with the attorneys I'd be working with, and it was split across 3 different days, which I thought was a bit strange. But with remote work being so common now, it's probably the new normal. The whole thing was done over Webex and took about 3 weeks. They extended an offer the week after.
