Account Executive
The interview process was smooth and informative. I really enjoyed meeting the team members on the potential account I would be on. The interview was informal and conversational. There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Everyone that I met was really nice and easy to talk to.

Account Executive
I was contacted about an opening at W+K by a recruiter and quickly dove into the interview process. She and I had a quick phone chat discussing my experience and it was only a week or so later that I found myself in Portland to meet with the team. They were all outgoing and personable. I had prepared thoughtful responses to all the typical interview questions but was surprised at how little they asked. It was almost as if they were sitting back and waiting for me to talk for the full 5 hours without any prompts. That said, the interviews went well and I left feeling confident. I sent a thank you note and several follow ups/voicemails checking in after the interview. It was weeks before I got a response that they had already filled the position. Additionally, I was never reimbursed for the travel expenses they offered to cover.

Account Executive
I was contacted by a recruiter who thought I'd be a perfect fit. They scheduled me for 3 interviews with different team members. The first two went well, but the third person didn't show up. I didn't hear anything back until I followed up two days later. Then, another interview was scheduled with a different team, and again, I received no feedback until I emailed about next steps. After that, I had 3 interviews with one team, all of whom showed up, and those went well. Once more, I got no feedback and was ghosted for two weeks after the interviews. I was told I'd hear back the same day but never did. This was my dream job, and they did a terrible job communicating the timeline. It took about two months of communication just to be ghosted in the end. My recruiter was unresponsive, only sending about 4 emails in two months, even though I expressed my frustration. She kept assuring me they really wanted to work with me and that I just needed to be patient. Since it's my dream job, I'm still waiting, but I'm not optimistic.
