I had two conversations with people. It felt like a pretty relaxed and standard behavioral interview. If I were to go through it again, I'd definitely research the industry for this position more deeply.

I did the Accelerate Program over the summer and learned about the firm. Then I interviewed for a job. It was a 20-minute interview and they asked two questions about why I wanted to go into this field. They didn't seem to know what the job entailed, and I was ghosted after. I followed up twice with the recruiter. First she said she'd get back to me soon. Then she said she had to forward my email to the recruiter who got the feedback from the interview. I haven't heard anything since. I don't mind not being a fit, but I wish they'd just let me know.

The interview process was great and straight forward. After applying, there was a screening call with HR, took about 30 minutes. After that, there was one more interview with the managers and partners. The interview took about an hour and asked about previous experience, how familiar I am with different softwares, and the type of work I would be seeing.

The interview process went quicker than I expected. I first did a phone screen with the recruiter and then afterwards did a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, the team quickly scheduled a breakfast interview with the hiring manager and the recruiting partner lead for the following week. By the end of the day after my breakfast interview, I received a written offer.
