This is a top-tier interview, lasting about 2.5 hours. They'll ask about every job you've held since high school. Two interviewers will be present, alternating questions. The questions for each job will be pretty much the same. You'll get a few breaks because it's a long interview.

I first spoke with them at a career fair. The very next day, they hosted an interview on campus at my school. Following that, I completed two assessments, each lasting 45 minutes. That's where my process concluded. I wasn't thrilled with how things went because of a technical issue with my assessments, which meant I had to retake them. After retaking them, they decided not to advance me further in their hiring process.

After applying online, there were two online assessments. The first was a personality test – make sure to answer at either end of the spectrum, not in the middle. The second was a test with math and story problems. The key is to finish the test! The math test can be nerve-racking because there are a lot of problems, and if you don't finish it, it looks bad (they won't tell you that though).
