Super extensive, unnecessarily long, and did not get back in a timely manner. Took over a month from the first interview to the rejection. First made me do an online exam, then a phone interview with a recruiter from California. Then they made me go in person for an interview (consisted of three different people), but the main manager wasn't available so I had to go home and schedule another interview. Once the third interview was scheduled, the manager contacted me to say that he wanted to reschedule that interview. At this point we're going on three weeks. Then I go in for that interview, am asked five times if I have any questions even though I've already asked questions at my other 2 interviews. The interviewer tells me he'll get back to me for a drug screening (yes, a drug screening for a server job) and THEN I would be hired. Mind you, it's an outdoor job in the middle of Texas summer and they don't offer free parking. You have to find your own in downtown. The hiring manager also said I was at the top of the list to be hired. I received a rejection three weeks later.

I spoke with the executive sous chef and the general manager for about an hour, and they were really nice. The chef also gave me a tour of the kitchen. Sadly, I never got a callback. It felt like they weren't able to wait for my start date, which was a month away.

This was a typical interview process. I was asked some standard questions like if I had problems and how I dealt with them, about my past experiences, why I wanted to work for white lodging, and what my career goals were. It led to an offer.
