They called me about 2 hours after I submitted my resume to set up an interview. We scheduled it, and then they emailed me to ask if we could do a virtual interview instead. On the day we were supposed to have the interview, they never showed up and then didn't respond to any of my emails. I waited 3 days, emailed them again about the position, and they emailed me back to say they had already filled the position.

The interview process is highly detailed. If you are sitting down with them, it's mostly about assessing your character against what's on paper. If your day-to-day reality as a manager isn't what's on paper, it might be tough on you because there are many controls that must be met daily. So, if you are driven, this is a good place for you.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. I met with a few managers from the outlet and the hotel. The whole thing took about 3.5 hours. For manager roles, they call it being top grade. After the interview, they sent me for a drug test, and then it was just a waiting game.
