The interview followed the typical big law interview format. The questions were standard and expected. The interviewers were nice and fair, with a mix of mid-level, senior associates, and at least one partner. I had a good interview, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer because the position was no longer available.

My CV was submitted by the agency. The first round was with a partner and a Professional Support Lawyer from another team. It was a relaxed, hour-long interview. Both interviewers were friendly and direct, asking questions but building on my answers and letting me expand to show my skills and experience.

I was referred by someone at White & Case in New York and had 2 interviews with people in the Madrid office. The interviews went really well, but they never gave me a definitive yes or no, they just stopped responding. I started this whole process back in May 2019, and it's now March 2020, and I still haven't heard back from White & Case!
