The interview process was really smooth and professional. The recruiters were quick to respond and schedule all the interviews. The design team was extremely warm, and welcoming throughout the process. All of the designers are extremely talented and experienced. It was also really helpful for me to get to meet several team members across different teams within the org as well.

The hiring process was quite slow, and I wasn't really given a clear timeline or outline of what to expect. They really focus on your past experience, and it seems like they prefer candidates who have worked at Meta before, as a lot of their current team comes from there.

Applied on my own and got a call back pretty fast. First, there was a phone screen where they asked standard questions. They wanted to know about projects I did that fit the role. If you ask for feedback, they don't give much.
