I had an initial call with the recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role. After that, I interviewed with the GM for a deeper dive into my experience. The GM seemed quite busy and not very engaged in my experience or qualifications. Despite that, I felt my answers were relevant and detailed. I was then rejected and followed up for feedback but got no response. While the company is interesting, the interview process was not great. They should be more transparent on how candidates are evaluated and act more professionally.

The initial part of the process was fine, but it became too much. I first spoke with a recruiter. Then, I went through three rounds of interviews with different GMs. My main issue was with the case study, which was quite extensive. They gave me 5 days to complete it after sending it, without any assurance that my application would move forward. After submitting and following up, I didn't hear back for 11 days, even though they promised a response within three days. I liked the team I spoke with and thought they were doing well financially. However, I was very unhappy with the recruiter and the fact that I didn't get to present my case study, which other people have mentioned. The plan was for 2-3 more rounds after the case study, making it a total of 7-8 interviews and tasks.

I went through about 8 interview steps. When I let them know I had another offer, they really sped things up. The interviews were very focused and direct, but also friendly and effective. The case study was long and tough, but it was also well-designed, relevant, and fun to do!
