the process started with a 30mins screening with the hr team, which she asked me to introduce myself, and asked questions about how I deal with difficult customers? what being proactive means to me? so kind of basic interview questions. Then another 30 minutes zoom meeting was scheduled with the customer service team Lead, and here too she asked me to tell more about myself, how i deal with angry customers,? how i react to change?and what i know about the company ?.After this stage a long assessment (take home test) was sent to me. I unfortunately didnt pass this stage which is surprising but it was a good experience overall. my advice to you all is to learn about the company principles, thier products, upload the app to get more understanding of thier activity. Ask relevant questions at the end of the interview.

The interview process was quite lengthy, spanning over a month and involving several stages. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected because they found someone who was a 'better fit,' which was surprising given my 18 years of customer service and management experience. The steps included a video response, a phone interview, a video interview, a case study, reference checks (requiring a response from the references), and another video interview.

The interview process with Whatnot was one of the best ive experienced in my whole career. Everyone i spoke to was super professional and kind, which made the process a little less daunting. I had a 15 minute screening call with Hannah, one of the recruiters, then another 15 minute video call with one of the Ops managers the week after ,she asked me a few behavioural and situational questions, and a final interview with the Head of Ops, this last one was to make sure i align with the companies principles and he was super nice too. The whole process from application to offer took about 4 weeks and im super excited to be a Whatnaut!
