The interview process was through campus recruitment and included an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion, and then two rounds of personal interviews. The aptitude test and group discussion were of medium difficulty. The interviews felt more like a casual chat to see if I would be a good fit and if I was interested in the company, rather than a typical Q&A. They asked questions to check my knowledge and personality.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was contacted by a senior sales manager on LinkedIn and sent my resume via email. He quickly connected me with a team member who set up a phone screening for the next day. After the screening, I was asked to write a cold email to promote Whatfix. The subsequent round involved a sales pitch demonstration, where I had to use Whatfix's product (community version) to build a demo. After doing well in those, I spoke with the CEO and then the HR head. The whole process was remote, using phone, video, and screen sharing. Everything was punctual, and the team was professional and on time. I could reach out to them anytime, and they were really supportive and wanted me to succeed. It was a very respectful interview process, especially for a startup. I was happy to accept the offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case Other

This was one of the best interview processes I've seen. Each round had a clear purpose and objective. Documents and expectations were also specified beforehand. I had an initial screening with my future manager to discuss role fit and my motivations. They then assessed my current role and skills. Following that were some sales roleplay exercises with feedback and actionable steps for the next round. Then, a detailed product demo round with a senior sales leader, which was very thorough and involved challenging objection handling exercises. The final round with the global sales head was quick. HR discussions were open and comfortable. The transparency and clarity throughout the process stood out. It was a great interviewing and learning experience with Whatfix.
