Not a great experience. First round was an exploratory round to understand the candidates experience and fitment. Second round is the demo round where in we need to do a mock presentation with all the sales elements involved. In this round, the interviewer in my case was in a co-working space and had the most unreliable internet connectivity because of which he was dropping off multiple times which in turn hampered my flow of the presentation. At the end of the round, his feedback to me was - pls make sure your Internet connectivity is stable going further.

So a hiring partner first pinged me on LinkedIn, then I had to fill out a form with some info about my work. After that, the HR reached out on LinkedIn, and we chatted briefly. Here's the lowdown on how the interviews went: 1. A quick chat with the HR exec (about 25-30 mins). 2. An interview with the Sales Manager where we mostly talked data for about an hour. 3. I had to demo Whatfix to the Senior Director of Global Sales (took 1hr). 4. Then a 30 min chat with an Enterprise Sales Manager. 5. Another 30 min chat with an Associate Director of Sales. 6. After that, I submitted some documents to the HR exec. 7. A short call with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (15-25 mins). 8. Finally, an offer was made.

I had a great time talking with the Whatfix panel. The whole interview was split into different stages and all the chats were well planned to get the right candidate. Big props for how professional and on-time the panel was. Everything was punctual, well-thought-out, and clearly communicated. It was a pleasure interacting with the Whatfix team, and I even got some useful feedback on areas I can improve. The questions were pretty specific and directly related to the job. Overall, a really good experience. Glad to be joining and excited to work with the Whatfix team!
