Business Development Representative
The interview process involved a senior person asking IQ-type questions. However, this person seemed unaware of the daily operational aspects of the job. Ultimately, they lacked support from Sales leadership, despite being a marketing executive.

Business Development Representative
The process started with a CV screening to ensure role fit, and my interaction with Abhay Menon from TA was efficient. Next, I had a business round with the BD Director, which was a great, conversational interview. After that, I was given an assignment to demonstrate my domain knowledge and work structure. I then proceeded to another business round with the Head of Marketing, which was very data-focused, concentrating on sales methodologies and technicalities with some challenging questions. Following that, I had a discussion with the TA head for culture fit and final screening. Finally, there was a discussion about compensation, and I received an offer letter the next day. The whole process took two weeks but was very well-managed, with clear agendas, quick responses, and feedback after each stage. I've accepted the offer and am excited to start!
- How do you approach tracking your progress towards goals?
Business Development Representative
Medium to tough interview, with some really great questions to understand mindset. It was a great conversation and the right expectations were set from the start. There were 3 rounds for a fresher, with the last round being with HR. The salary offered was competitive. The best part is the learning and enablement provided.
