So I applied for this role, and the first email basically said the salary was fixed, no negotiation, and if I wasn't cool with that, don't bother. Then the rest of the interview process was pretty wild, honestly, lots of red flags. Like, halfway through they mentioned the role itself was still being reviewed, so they weren't even sure if they were going to hire anyone. Then weeks later, after I'd almost forgotten about it, they emailed to say they'd offered the job to someone else, specifically because of experience they never asked about or said was important in the job ad. Makes you wonder what it'd be like to actually work there...

So I had this assignment project to do before the interviews. The first interview was basically me presenting it how I wanted. Then for the second one, they asked me to turn that same project into their report format. Both took some work, but it was pretty chill overall.
