I actually thought WGSN was a pretty cool company, but man, this interview process was something else. Applied and got an interview pretty quick, within 3 days. The hiring manager was sending emails at like 2am, which was weird, but I figured maybe they were traveling. The real weirdness started when they wanted to move our first interview outside normal hours with no real reason. I said no and we did it at a normal time. Then, during the interview, they straight up asked how much I was making currently, not even what I expected salary-wise. The manager then talked a lot about commission and how hard you have to work to get rewarded. It felt like the team is probably overworked, micromanaged, and not paid enough. I never heard back after the interview and didn't bother to follow up.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews for the Account Manager position. The process included a mock case study or mock client session. I spoke with a working-level manager and regional heads. They asked me about my past client management, team leadership, and experience in client servicing and account management.

I was offered an interview for the very next day and rearranged my plans. However, the interviewer didn't show up. I tried calling and emailing but got no response. A couple of weeks later, I got another email asking me to do the initial interview, this time with a zoom link. I did the interview but never heard back. Three weeks after that, the person asked if I'd seen her email about the initial interview. It was a complete waste of my time and felt disrespectful. No feedback was given and I got no response from her either. It does not give a good impression of the company.
