It was a zoom interview with personality questions. The interviewer was nice and it felt easy, nothing to be worried about. They asked about relocation before the job was offered. There wasn't an in-person interview, only zoom. They care about how you collaborate with others, how you tackle tough problems, and your people skills.

Then there was a panel day where I met with a bunch of people who asked a lot of questions. This panel day was more about different scenarios and how I'd handle them.
