First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Weyerhaeuser.
Engineer
I had one interview that was about an hour long. It was pretty informal and relaxed. It was difficult to get in touch with HR. They got back to me really quickly by phone to tell me their decision.
- What would you do if someone wasn't wearing PPE?
Project Engineer
After sending in my resume through my school, I had a phone interview. It was a quick and easy, informal process. We chatted about my schooling, career goals, and my interest in my major, along with my coursework. I got a call to set up the interview and later received an offer via email.
- Could you tell me about the courses you've completed?
- What led you to choose your field of study?
Project Engineer
The interview was held on campus, in person. Everyone was super nice and welcoming, making me feel like I was already part of the team. It didn't feel like a formal interview at all, more like catching up with friends over coffee.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths?
