Customer Service Representative
Submitted an application on the Careers website and was then sent an online Culture assessment to see if our values matched up. It was pretty simple and really focused on PEOPLE, not just seeing us as work cogs (like ANZ). About an hour later, I got a link for a video interview that had 4 different parts.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- Could you share a bit about your background?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Customer Service Representative
So after you apply, we look at your CVs. If it's a match, we'll invite you to do an online assessment. This has got a bunch of questions about your personality and some scenario-based ones to see how experienced you are.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to handle a challenging customer.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations for a customer?
- What's your understanding of Westpac?
Call Centre Agent
I applied for the job through seek. I had a phone interview first, and then a face-to-face one. The face-to-face interview had two interviewers and it was run really professionally and smoothly. They called me with an offer the day after the face-to-face interview. The whole thing was super fast and went really smoothly.
- How do you feel about working with older people, considering their team has older adults with families?
