I got the interview through a recruiter. I thought it went really well, the interviewers agreed and commended all my answers. Then I found out I wasn't progressed to the next stage which I found incredibly strange given the feedback during the interview. Maybe don't gaslight and let on that someone is everything you're looking for and then say no to them.

After the initial screening (resume/cover letter check), I was offered an hour-long interview that actually stretched to 1.5hrs. It was semi-structured with mostly behavioural questions and some more in-depth questions about my experience. The interview was with one person from HR and one manager from the business unit I applied for. The focus was more on getting to know me as a person rather than diving deep into my past work.
