Behavioral

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: an initial HR call, a meeting with the Hiring Manager, and finally, a session with Stakeholders. I was expecting a technical exam, but none was administered. Each meeting lasted for about an hour. It typically takes a week or two to receive feedback from Talent Acquisition.

Behavioral Technical

It was easy and friendly, the interviewer explained stuff well and we had a lively discussion. The interview lasted an hour with lots of positive back and forth. I asked if they had any questions for me at the end, and they said no, that I did great. I made it to the final two but didn't get the role. I was a bit bummed and thought maybe they should have asked me a few questions, but the whole process was really professional, friendly, and positive.

Case

The interview process involved a first round with two managers doing an online case study for an hour, followed by a second round with two directors online. There was a lot of waiting time between rounds, minimal communication, and no feedback. The HR experience was terrible.
