I interviewed at Weston Solutions for an Environmental Scientist or Geoscientist role. Started in October, got a quick questionnaire. Then, it felt like I was ghosted for about a month before the first interview calls were set up. After that, I had to wait about three weeks to set up the second round. A week post-second round, I found out the job I was interviewing for wouldn't be open for another five months, even though everything initially suggested it was available now. The whole thing dragged on for over two months, and in the end, they told me I was first in line for when the job eventually opens up.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty standard interview. I had a long meeting, about 1-2 hours, with three project managers. It was a panel discussion about my skills and work history, and we went back and forth with questions, really digging into my resume.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was long. First phone interview went well. Then I was called in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with about 5 different people one on one, and it took about an hour and a half. Over a month later, I was called in for a second interview. It went the same as the first one with another 5 or so different people. After that, I never heard anything back. After a few weeks, I contacted them - I left messages and emails that were never responded to. Never heard a yes or a no, just no answer. I thought that was very unprofessional, especially after I put in a lot of work for those interviews, driving over an hour each time to get there.
